Looking for people playing at about gold or higher skill level to group with and make leveling less painful. any account level is fine, will be doing blind normals until I get 16 champs then onto draft normals. The only things I require of you is that you can join voice chat (either skype, or curse, etc), and that you play relatively frequently.

First of all, I wouldn't suggest playing with Gold+ players when trying to level up. You don't have the masteries or runes, and at level 11, barely any experience. You'll be against players who are in at least Silver, who are more experienced than you by far. It will make leveling a lot more difficult if you play against players like that. I would suggest leveling with at least a level 25. Level 30s are fine, but make sure they're not high-ranking.
