Tired of the randomness of flex queue. It isn't really fun to stomp the enemy but still lose because all 4 of my team mates are a full tier below all of the enemy team.

Requirements: D5 50LP+ in Solo/Duo Q.

That is all. I don't care about voice comms or current flex rank.
