Esoteric eSports - Recruiting Silver 4 - Gold 1 players

Hey guys, I'm SGO, and I decided to create a team myself because I'm tired of all the flaw captains and teams that are unreliable and unstable. This is going to be super simple, nothing more or less, this team is going to be constantly dedicated to getting better in all aspects of the game. Esoteric eSports will have a daily team ranked game at 7 PM EST, with a detailed team review of the match along side the "coach" to see what could be improved and then creating a plan to put those improvements into action. You'd also be expected to play your solo queue, but that's all you fam.

• Daily practice at 7 EST, with a review after.
• Weekly tournament entry
• Looking for quality players who will be consistent with bettering their own and team performance.
• Don't even add me if you know you aren't going to be able to meet these requirements, we are looking for long term players that will be dedicated, not team hoppers.

We are looking for a Top laner, Jungler, and ADC. Also a substitute player that will be able to fill in any gaps we might ever encounter, which will be few because 3 misses = kicked. Requirements are as follow

• Quality Mic for comms
• Be Silver 4 - Gold 1, nothing more or less.
• "Main" your role, don't come up in here thinking you can top if you have been playing support every since 2011.
• Don't be an asshole.
• Be a person who is always looking for ways to bring their game to the next level, practice is limited to one game everyday, except saturday (Tournament) and sunday (break), in order to keep a consistent team schedule. We set realistic practice goals.

Additionally, if you are proficient at 3's (Twisted Treeline) also hit me up, we are looking to get that portion of the team rolling as well, but keep in mind you will not be part of the 5's ranked team, only 3s.
