Looking for duo supp or team

Hello I'm 21 yrs old adc main played since season 3 was a mid main before and decided to main adc and have been doing very well in solo q and in team play. I much rather play in a team or have a support that can shot call or make suggestions, some times in game i dont know what to i lack direction. I am Gold 3 currently was gold 1 with plat mmr now I'm not gna lie i probably only got to gold by having good mechanics. Champions that im really good with include I can play other adcs but only in teams such as for ex since i dont think shes very good solo q but in teams shes great. so I'm looking for duo or team dont care what rank you are as long as your good and ima be honest with you and tell you want your doing wrong not in a toxic flaming way but in a helpful way. I dont rage im not toxic and more than willing to help anyone that can put in the effort. Also you MUST be willing to learn and not argue when im just trying to give advice.
