Silver 2 player need duo to get to gold

Looking for someone to help me get to gold i prefer support and mid but can play all roles. i play for the team rather than to carry so a little help carrying would be nice. champs Supp- Karma, Nami, Thresh, Soraka Mid- Ori, Lb, Ahri, Lissandra, Syndra. and the ocassional Top Lane shen when someone i duo with wants to hard carry. Add NitroJehn and inv me to a game :D please be at least silver 2 as well :D
