LF ADC Duo Partner for Rank. mid-high Silver or Gold Pref.

Hi im HGU Cookie, Im currently Silver 3 72 Lp, Last night I was in my promos to Silver 2 but sadly lost. I was on an 11 rank game win streak last night and right before that I was on a 13 rank game win streak. I main support and I'm in need of a duo who know what he is doing. I like Playing Leona, Blitz, Thresh, Annie. STATS: Leona: 71.9% Win Rate 23W 9L Annie: 63.6% WinRate 7W 4L Side note: I use all types of communications like Curse Voice, Team Speak, Skype, etc. So I do prefer if we can talk while we play (better communication). I have been playing League for over 3 years now, I'm ranking up my Silver 3 account, but I do also have a gold 2 account that I use ever now and then for the lols.
