Mature, non raging/tilting duo partner. Silver+
Hey Everyone,
Lately been having trouble finding duo partners. Not because everyone is bad and im good, and in fact most of the people I was duoing with were fine players. The issue is many of them rage and tilt really hard. We are in silver man, you are going to get AFKs, and feeders, and people who say GG at 5 minutes and sell all their items to buy multiple boots. It happens.
What I am looking for is mature players (pref 25+) who communicate well (has coms), have good game sense (things like noticing mid just got ganked and saw the jungler start walking through river to bottom, so they back up a bit to not die to the obvious coming gank....that kinda thing), and most importantly, are willing to learn from constructive criticism. I was high plat on my previous account and uninstalled for a few years. Since coming back my mechanics are ok, but my game sense is still very strong so I tend to discuss with my duo why we died and try to improve upon it. If you are the kind of person who takes any comments on decision making as an affront to your obvious diamond skills then dont add me as we wont get along. I am striving to not just win games and rank up, but to improve my gameplay and learn how to get better. To get better you have to first identify what you did WRONG so you can start to learn what to do right. This goes both ways and I would hope that any duos I get are willing to say to me things that will help me improve as well.
TL:DR too many people are focused on ranking up and not focused on getting better which will lead to ranking up anyways. Criticism and discussion of mistakes is how you get better.

PS I have a winning rate on every one of the champs I main (except swain but thats do to 2 AFKs at like 10 minutes out of 7 games) now that I have figured out what is working for me and how the game currently stands. I made the arrogant mistake of jumping in to ranked the second I reinstalled after years of not playing, and obviously lost a ton. Since I have regained some of my mechanics and knowledge my winrate on the champs I play the most is all positive, all the way up to 74% with mao
