Looking for Long Time Duo Partner!

Hi there, I am looking for some one who plays quite frequently, nearly daily and is looking to learn as much as possible and duo there way through solo que. I'm looking for a silver/ gold mid or top laner to duo with. I'm not talking i just want to log on to league and derp around in ranked games im looking for a partner that actually wants to watch videos, practice certain ganking and pushing mechanics, work on comps together, and truly try to move from silver/gold into plat/diamond together. I'm not looking for a quick few games but someone that wants to dedicate them selves to improving together and becoming a real 2 man team. Atleast 20+ and someone who is chill no raging! Looking to do some normals for awhile untill I find someone with some symmetry together. I have a g3 Support account and a s3 jng account, althought for duo's ill be looking to jungle.
