Silver LF Team 1-2 nights a week

I'm a silver player currently playing mostly top and adc in DQ but i mained jungle in S5. I'm looking for a team that is serious about playing and climbing, preferably 1-2 times a week. I have very extensive game knowledge, especially in the pick/ban and draft aspects.
