Silver 1 JG/top main looking for ranked team with similar "9-5 parent and spouse" schedule

Hey everyone I'm a husband and father with a full-time job looking for any number of people who want to play and are in similar circumstances. I can play two to three games one or maybe two nights a week. I'd love for it to be a set night but I'm open to flexibility.
