Plat playah LF duo for ranked

Hi, I recently got back into the game and was platinum 2 on my main. Not sure if it was banned/hacked because it says the account isn't even registered. This is my support only smurf account though. I can play mid/jg otherwise prove I'm easily plat+ as a support.
