Silver player looking for team. can play any role

Just as title states im a silver player who plays mainly solo, im looking for a 5's team to join, something with serious expectations.. higher then just "gold by end of season". im looking for a team that might be doing tournaments next year, semi pro or lower kind of things.

I can play any role. i know how to play when behind. i will not flame/rage nor will i be on any team that has even 1 person flaming/raging every losing game. I am able to make practice times and dedicate weekends to team scheduled playing times. I own almost every champ and am willing to learn any champ needed for the teams composition. i record all of my games and review some games to see where i went wrong or how i could improve. I am willing to take criticism on my game play to improve and will own up to mistakes.
