[NA][G+P]Compete league team looking Mid sub

Practice for subs is Saturday 11-2 and 3-6 pst. You will be play one or both of these times depending on what role and who on the main team is available likely in a bo3 scrims. Our practices for main players are Monday and Friday 430-830 pst. Tournament is compete league which is every Tuesday 430-10:00pst of which will likely only be 2 games (we will know times usually by Sunday). You need to be generally available on these days. We don't expect you to always be on if you don't even know if your playing but if you are on and if a main player is 15 min late for practice without letting me know at least 1 day before hand we will be playing with sub for the day and if it happens twice in short succession sub will be playing next weeks tournament. If it consistently happens player has chance of being benched. We are a team that is looking to improve as players. So looking for people who can take criticism. After games we do talk about what we could have done better but this is limited to after game. If you are getting tilted by someone during game let them or me know so we can deal with it. Our main players all have strong personalities (and can be a bunch of trolls at times) so looking for someone who also has a strong personality that can take criticism well. In game we are serious so talk is limited to in game information only so coms don't get crowded. Outside of practice or were just waiting on our scrim partners to show up or were taking a break be as loud as you want however be aware if things get to crazy I do remove privileges in discord or the team will mute you. We are not accepting any applications were a person was at some point diamond. This is both due to compete league rules and as a team were looking to improve not be carried.
