gold player looking to climb

I find myself good, i often get afks or intent feeds in my ranked games, reacting to those only made it worst so i tend to not pay attention to chat anymore, most of my losses come from dynamic so i tend to soloq instead of playing in groups, but its simply no fun. Im looking for decent to good players that are at least gold V or smurfs to play games from time to time, im a jungle adc main but im also a god support
