D5 TOP LF Serious Plat/Dia TEAM

I am a top lane player looking for a team. I was previously a jungle main but I decided to switch with the new season since the junglers I used to play are no longer in meta and top lane is more fun to me now with the new changes. I main Irelia, Akali and Kassadin but I play a pretty good Shyvana/Mundo. I play all day everyday and I'm from EST. I will be on my smurf grinding IP and practicing top over the weekend.
