Creating Ranked 5's Team For Competitive Players Who Wanna Climb

I would like to put together a squad that would like to stick together and climb and get better as a team win or lose and move forward good games and bad games. I will need to fill all spots except jungle. Would like to get a team of the highest elo players that are willing to come and play and stay. i would like to test myself against better competition to see how i fare. add no rage ftw if interested
