Looking for a Team (5's/3's)

In solo I am stuck in bronze 5 hell. Yeah, I'm sure that's said by everyone, I play norms with friends in the realm of silver 5-3. I am confident that I can play outside of a bronze level and also would love to be tutored a bit by more experienced players. I am a 23 year old adult in the military and have a job so I obviously have some times better than others.

I can play nearly any role, but top and mid are my best areas with the most depth. I own every champ so learning and getting better are not an issue as far as depth goes. I want to get better, and I want out of bronze. I utilize skype as well.
