I currently have 4 teams currently that I am managing so its getting pretty crazy for a single manager. I am looking for some other to take my place to have a manager per team but still having me as the top manager/owner of all teams. Comment giving me a short bio of yourself along with experience of your management role. Comment what team you would like to take on. Answer these 3 questions in your comment. Only apply if you are fully dedicated to the team you are assigned to and there schedule. I have 2 coach's and possibly a 3rd (I would like one for each team) working with the teams while some players are paying for professional coach's for themselves. All my teams are dedicated and serious about climbing and eventually going pro. I will be handling the sponsors and upper management stuff.

Team Start time Purple- 6pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Diamond) Red- Undecided (filling roster) Blue- 11pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Plat)

What you would do

  1. Replace players that decide to leave or drop to sub position
  2. Talk with coach's after each game
  3. Hold team meetings
  4. Set schedule if required each week
  5. Get team set up for tournaments
  6. Handle social media

These questions are examples of some situations that can arise in the competitive scene. Answer how you would handle certain situations.

1.) A team member doesn't want to listen to the coach's advice on what he needs to work on and get a major attitude, by threatening to leave the team if he can't play how he likes. How would you calm that player down and keep him on the team while getting him to take the coach's advice?

2.) The team loses 6 games in a row and puts the team on tilt. What would you do to get them off tilt and back in the right state of mind?

3.) One lane has a bad game and all the other member are ganging up on him and telling him he is a noob and need to be replaced. How would you calm the team down and get them to realize that everyone has bad games?

short bio of yourself along with experience of your management role.

I am a 23 year old League of Legends player going to school for culinary management in NYC. i was in the military for approx. 4 years and led soldiers through day to day activities so i do have some management experience from real life as well as in game. I was a manager for TropicGG before the team split up as well as a co-manager for Adelphi University for about 6 months before i left for personal reasons. Its been a while since ive done a manager position but if given the chance i can warm back up to the position.

EDIT: oh and purple team

1.) A team member doesn't want to listen to the coach's advice on what he needs to work on and get a major attitude, by threatening to leave the team if he can't play how he likes. How would you calm that player down and keep him on the team while getting him to take the coach's advice?

I would tell the player and the coach to both come and talk to me so we can have a discussion and tell the player that he can play how he likes to an extent but when it comes to the team there needs to be a line between what he likes and what the team needs in the composition that they are trying to run. If he wants to be a Trick2g and split-push all game and the team needs a tank then you have to find the happy medium between the 2. As for the coach, i would recommend that he take it a little easier on the player and if need be take him aside for a couple extra hours of practice to learn champs for the team comp if he is struggling and see if that is the reason he wants to play the way he does.

2.) The team loses 6 games in a row and puts the team on tilt. What would you do to get them off tilt and back in the right state of mind?

If it is 6 games in one night i would probably tell them to take the rest of the night off and then have the coach go over VODs with them the following day instead of playing more games to figure out where they went wrong whether it was positioning or team decisions or what have you. If its a culmination of 6 games again would still have the coach go over VODs with them and then sit down and talk to each individual player and figure out if there is some sort of communication error between them that i can resolve or anything else that needs to happen.

3.) One lane has a bad game and all the other member are ganging up on him and telling him he is a noob and need to be replaced. How would you calm the team down and get them to realize that everyone has bad games?

Well first i would call the feeding lane a boosted bonobo (just kidding) and then i again would talk with every player in particular and see what happened that game whether it was the lane got camped and we didnt have the jungle pressure or if it was just bad mechanics for the night or if it was just a bad game. i would sit down and discuss in detail with the feeding lane about the game and how they think they did as well as let them know that bad games happen and that they just need to calm down take a 5 min break or so before going into the next game.

I hope you keep me in mind and thank you for the opportunity.
