Looking for a Ranked team to Join! (5v5)

I am B4 was placed in s3 in placements been stuck in elo hell since I am a jungler so I count on my team to be there when I gank or ping I am a very active player I have played league every single day this year I am looking for a team that watches pro games and knows how to play the role chosen. There is nothing worse then a supp taking cs lol. I Live in IL so the time zone is Central standard I believe. I am 21 years old and have a complete understanding of the game I do not want to play with kids who have no decision making skills or clear objectives during the game. I play from 12am to 3 am and 10am - 3pm . I work full time so this is my only available time. would love to make it to the pros one day only serious inquiries pls
