Plat 2 top main looking for a ranked jungle duo, preferably diamond or higher than me

I am hardstuck plat 3 right now. I've gotten plat 2 twice in the last month, demoted both times, and have been to promos 6 times. I've been playing consistently well, but I really want a good jungler duo because my teams lately have been such trash (7 loss streak, got huge lane advantages myself but my bot and jungles have been feeding). Must use discord, communication is necessary. I play mostly tanks so if you like playing carries it's fine for you to take gank kills. I think my play level right now is more around diamond 5, but I don't have it in me anymore to grind games with troll teams, I want to know that at least one player on my team is good.
