OG Retribution LF Coach

Introduction

Hi my name is Akon the Kid and I am the adc for OG Retribution. We need someone who can show up to most, if not all, our practices to give us an outside perspective of what we're doing wrong and how we can improve on it. Don't worry about hurting our feelings, we can all accept criticism as long as it's constructive. Currently we have an issue with our macro play and just recently switched shotcallers so it may take awhile to adjust to shotcalling as well. We're also currently in a lcs-style league where we play ever weekend. We primarily use Discord as our source of communication.

Qualifications

• Must know and adapt to the meta
• Must have a lot of game knowledge
• Must be able to make most, if not all, our practices (Schedule down below)
• Although we expect you to be serious most of the time, we do like to have fun and joke around outside of practice

Schedule

Most of the time our schedule varies and we update the schedule every Sunday by 11pm EST. On Mondays-Fridays we usually play in between 9pm and 12am EST. Also, our league matches are on Saturdays and Sundays either at 7-9 pm EST, or 9-11 pm EST, or 11 pm - 12 am EST.
