Jungle Rek'sai main(480k mastery) looking for serious players to make a ranked team.

Have been playing this game for almost a year now, i love it, but i can't handle the feeders and trolls on my team(when they're on the enemies team i feel sorry for them too though). if im doing good and ganking each lane and giving them kills and cs advantages and they don't do jack with it.. i'm getting demotivated. Many serious players say my Rek'sai is clean.. but never been able to make a decent ranked team where people log often. As my title says i just play Rek'sai in ranked, can do some Hecarim and Master Yi, but it ain't on the same lvl. So if anyone is down for teaming up, message me! A good partner for duoQ would be nice too, so there is at least 1 person i can rely on in the team. Preferably a good mid or top that is able to carry his or her own lane so we can both get fed. I have a 60% win on Rek'sai which is pretty bad if you see my average of the last 10 games is 11/4/11. I just can't close out games alone with rek'sai while my team throws. I tried playing in school hours so there aren't many kids on, but trolls are always playing.. Anyway if someone reads this and want to check my game history or something like that, would be welcome too.
