Diamond or higher Coach

Hello, I am looking for a high elo coach to help instruct and construct a new competitive LoL team. This team has not been named yet and not all positioned are filled, but we are looking to fill the team with players of platinum elo or higher. We want our coach to help us with team comps, find aspects of the game we are weak in and help us improve, help us with strategies and new inventive ways to play. We will ask that you coach a few games through champ select and try out strategies you devised before making a decision of if we offer you the coaching position. Please fill out a shirt list of questions about what you could provide our team as a coach.

What would you be able to provide our team that could improve our gameplay and experience?

Can you pick out new strong meta champions between the release of patch notes and the release of the patch?

Can you be constructive instead of destructive?

Short Answer: You have a player that is having trouble with positioning correctly in a fight, but doesn't understand that he's doing it wrong. Will you provide a short answer on how you would handle and help this player to improve his play without jeapordizing team morality?
