In search of gold+ 5's team

I am in Platinum 3 in solo-Que and want to take a break from it to play ranked 5's. I can play any role but I main Mid/ADC. Raid Call, Skype, TS, Curse Voice would be preferred.

I can play most champs in all roles but i am best with;

MID: Ahri, Lux, Xerath, LB, Karma, TF, Ezreal ADC: Graves, Ezreal, Corki, Vayne, Ashe. JNG: Vi, Nautilus, J4, Amumu, Volibear. TOP: Vlad, Shen, Karma, Lissandra. SUP: Xerath, Nami, Thresh, Blitz, Karma.

I can play other champs but those are my comfort picks for each role. My schedule is as follows:

Mon-Fri: 4pm-10pm Sat: 1pm-12pm Sun: 4pm-10pm

I'm in the US Navy, so every six days I am at work for the whole day so on those dates I won't be able to get on at all. If I can make a schedule around that and the given times I will be good to play 90% of the time
