CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR - Top, Support, Head Coach, and Analyst

-----Basic Information about the team-----

 Looking to play during the afternoon / evening. As early as 5pm as late as 1am finishing EST. We will talk about dates on which we will practice as we get a set 5 together. I expect people to be  mature people. Therefore you must be at least 17 years of age to apply to the team. In addition, by applying for this team you should demonstrate complete dedication and loyalty to this team. This team has goals of competing in tournaments and also committing time to being the best it can be as a unit , while also growing individually. When starting this team I would ask that players( those applying ) to have flexible schedules. Due to the fact, we all have lives outside of Summoner's Rift I would ask everyone to be open with their schedules until we work out set practices times that work with all of the players once the roster is confirmed. There will be practices at least 3 or 4 days out of the week. I want to make sure anyone applying knows this team will be UNDER A ESPORTS BRAND THEREFORE, THIS IS A SPONSORED AND SUPPORTED TEAM. With that being said, a level of serious and professionalism will come with joining this team. However, no funds or salaries are in order yet but, with the proper performance from the team this could turn into a huge opportunity for all of the players and staff. The particular brand asked not to be revealed yet as they are going through issues with funding however, I the team captain would like to start the application/ tryout process as soon as possible.

-----Requirements for people applying for Player positions on the team-----

  1. Must be 17 years of age or older
  2. Must be Plat 5 - Diamond 1
  3. Must be willing to download any chat program the team decides to use (Skype, TS, Curse, or Raidcall)
  4. Must attend at least 3/4 practices during the week
  5. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
  6. Must be able to vocalize any issues you are having with game play
  7. Must play a decent amount of solo/duo queue during off days
  8. Must effectively aim to broaden champ pool based on team comp needs.
  9. Must be able to both give and take criticism in a constructive manner
  10. Must be able to work with coaching staff to effectively improve game play
  11. Should be capable of shot calling (will strengthen chances of making team) (Interview will be conducting before any final decisions are made )

-----Requirements for people applying for Coaching staff positions on the team-----

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  2. Must be at least Plat 5+
  3. Must be willing to download any chat program the team decides to use (Skype, TS, Curse, or Raidcall)
  4. Must be willing to spectate majority of games played during practice days
  5. Must be able to give players an individual and team break down of game play which should result in overall performance of the team
  6. Must be able to effectively set up scrims and tournaments for the team to participate in
  7. Must be able to go through pick and ban phase in tournament settings.
  8. Must able to effectively and constructively critique players to improve their game play
  9. Overall you must be willing to improve the game play of the team and overall player performance through careful analysis of game play. (Interview will be conducted before any final decisions are made)

**-----Things that will not be tolerated----- **

-Bullying -Raging during practices -Blaming a whole game on one person's mistake -Making Team mates feel uncomfortable -Racism -BM towards any enemy team

  • Hateful messages -Missing excessive practices (without legitimate reasons) -Missing tournaments (without legitimate reasons) -Arguing with Coaching staff ( Constructive discussions are completely different)
  • Arguing with shot callers decisions in the middle of games (Breaking these rules can result in immediate removal from the team)

My only limitation during summer on weekdays due to work is about 6pm-10:30pm ish (Central Time) at latest for practices, obviously more flexible on weekends ^_^
