Plat 5 Looking for serious ranked team

Looking for a serious ranked team to play with not interested in a casual team. i want a team that is active and wants to get better.

I live in central time and am available around 4-12 most days central (sometimes later)

I am JG but have a lot of experience in other rolls and would be willing to try anything.
