LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO HELP CARRY ME TO GOLD PLEASE HELP

trying to get from bronze to gold but my team mates aren't good so i'm looking for people who can help me climb the ladder, please add me as a friend using my ign below. u should know that I've come to the boards for help before and i just get people who do a couple of games of rank and then quit, i don't want that, i want people who will play rank with me non stop ( with of course the occasional breaks like sleeping eating work and shit like that ) until i can at least get to silver 2, so please if your able help me out
