Looking for/Starting weekend 3s team

I work a full-time job in 2nd shift so I can only play late nights past 1 a.m. EST, or on the weekends. Currently placed in bronze 3 after wiffing provisionals. I do not belong in this ELO but I'm done with soloQ. I understand the judgement of being in bronze, however, I can and want to prove I am better than that. Season 4 I was playing in platinum ELO ranked 3s and know I can do it again. I am a strong top laner, and a better jungler. I can play all roles, however, I choose to stay away from glass cannons.
