Looking for Plat 2+ support main for SERIOUS team

This is a serious team with recruiter and everything is set we're just in need of putting the members together and practicing for upcoming tournaments. Im the ADC for the team so I feel I should find the support. I was previously diamond in s5, now im plat 2 and working my way back up to diamond.

Requirements: Must have a flexible schedule because of time zone issues that are currently present. Of course you have to be plat 2+. Ability to communicate via Skype.

Preferences: Aggressive Willing to play a variety of supports based on composition. (Most likely alistar, nautilis, lulu, brand, and thresh) A good attitude with a willingness to speak.
