This is what I asked people to fill out when i tried to make a team, so I filled it out.

When are you available: I'm available inconsistently throughout the day, I will be off and on. I will be online from 3-7pm EST almost every day. Enough time to play some games with the team. I'm available alot more often than this, these are just the times im FOR SURE free.
What do you consider to be your strengths: My biggest strength is probably experience and my large champion pool. I've been playing the game since before season 1 ( before ranked came out ), so while I know I'm not great or anything, I have a lot of knowledge on how to play and how to play against just about every champion. My large champion pool goes with experience. I can play a lot of champions so I always have one if for some reason they decide to target ban my role, or a champion to fit within the team comp the team is playing currently.
What do you consider to be your weaknesses: My biggest weakness' is probably not knowing how to play with certain people. For example, Bottom lane needs synergy to be able to do well in lane and get ahead, in solo que you never know how your lane partner is going to play or react to certain situations. I believe having a dedicated team will, with time, change that by practice.
Why are you looking for a team: I'm looking for a non-toxic environment, an environment where I can grow as a player, and also grow in the way I handle myself in complex situations. Solo que can only teach you so much in terms of strategy, having 5 people on the same page when making decisions and executing will help me become much better. I'm also excited to find people who are like minded in becoming better, people who are either wanting to grow as a player, or even just have some fun without the bad attitudes of solo que.
What do you expect from your team mates: I expect team mates to be just that, a team. The whole reason for me being so strict about this application and the whole post in general is that I'm not looking to play with people who are just looking to hop form team to team to team. I'm looking to play with people who can agree upon a set course of actions in game and execute it without arguing with each other, or blaming each other if things don't go wrong. Practice is practice, we're going to win some, and lose some taking the losses in stride and learning from it is the right mindset to have.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to download whatever voice program team decides on later: Yes i have a headset and a microphone attached to it. I already have curse voice, skype, ventrillo, raidcall, and teamspeak downloaded. I prefer curse voice, but will download any program we decide to use.
Any extra information you would like to give: I'm from Kentucky, so yes I have a hick accent I would say. Yes I wear shoes, no I don't like KFC, and no I don't like UK basketball. Cardinals for life ;)
