Looking for duo partner (high silver-low gold)

Looking for an adc main duo partner to support. I am currently Silver 1 and am trying to grind to gold before the season ends. I am usually on about 9:30pm-12:00 CST. IGN is Icritmepants. Please be someone that is serious and wont tilt. I prefer aggressive adc's who dont mind trading in lane, but also know when to sit back and farm. I have discord, skype, curse voice, vent, mumble, all the voice things basically for comms if we need.
