Looking for support player

Hello fellow summoners! I am here to look for a support for our ranked queues. We play 5 man, but the support isn't as reliable as we'd like him to be, and can't play as often as we'd like. We're all low gold/high silver players, but climbing very quickly. We focus HEAVILY on team play, and macros. We have planned out team comps and certain play styles for certain situations. The support player must communicate through skype, and be willing to take constructive criticism. We will of course play a few normal games to see if you get along with our adc and more importantly the team.
