LF serious gold and below team to help with finding scrims, vod review, etc. etc

Basically I am looking for serious teams around gold elo and below(cuz I am silver 3 atm), to help with their growth as individuals, their drive as a team to keep improving/wanting to get better, help them better with the overall game itself, and I guess be their coach if it comes to it, but that does not matter to me. I have taken some time away from the game to specifically try to see the game from an analyst perspective and help others who are willing to put the time and the effort in the process.
