Silver 3 ADC LF Ranked 5s Team

I'm a silver 3 adc currently. I havn't done a whole lot of ranked within the past few months due to work and helping with my niece and two nephews. Now that I have moved and everything is back to normal, I want to get back to doing fun ranked 5s like I used to. I prefer a team where everyone has a mic and can use a voice chat. The only time I can play, is between 8pm - 3am cst. I'm a fun and outgoing person. I love to have fun but strive to win. I'm not looking for a team where we all point fingers and play the blame game until one of us rages and leaves. I'm just looking for a group to crack laughs with but with a mindset to win.
