Silver 3 LF Serious Ranked 5v5 Team

I'm a Silver 3 player looking for a semi-serious ranked team to get involved with. I'm just starting to find solo queues tedious and would like to branch out into ranked team. I am fine with either a 3v3 team or a 5v5 team. I can get on most any day of the week.
