Played for two years on various accounts, looking to try ranked this season

I'd like to have a regular person (or people, in rotation) to play ranked with. Playing solo queue is boring and can lead to incessant bickering. At least I'd feel comfortable knowing one person in the game has my back. I main support, but I can play any lane (except jungle). I'm on the east coast and I have TeamSpeak, Vent and Skype.
