Here is a posting for open calls for a flex team needed.

Very open and flexible, we are a group of guys that really play and enjoy the game. We want to take it a step further and search for some roles that we currently cannot fill. Most players are welcome to our open call for fun and important roles. Before I would say that anyone can join our flex queues but that has not resulted well in the end. So now, I would have to lay some ground rules for each lane and it is somewhat of a guideline to follow. I hope you can carefully read and follow each requirement as it is specific and pertinent to viable teammates we are currently seeking.

Feel free to read all or scan through some of it, if any of seems attractive or interesting to your needs as a player.

TOP LANE: huge need !!!!!!!!!!!!

GOLD IV and above Champion pool of at least 4 staple picks + Very familiar with counter match ups and is flexible to pick champs to help in team fights Very communicative (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT) throughout the game, in lane, after lane, and late game Uses teleport very effectively to help team in defense or tower diving Must not be able to tilt when things do not go as planned At least keep lane even and be able to effectively defend top turret, while aiding team in global objectives We usually revolve our team comps around team fighting but if you prefer a lane dominant champion for laning phase that is accepted as well Have a good attitude and always want to focus on making productive and positive plays All of this is really not to much too ask but be mindful of these things because they will heavily pay off during the game in heated battles, trust me In champ select able to identify effective picks in certain compositions that can win mid or late game well (for example balancing ap to ad ratios) Be avid in patch notes for upcoming buffs to certain lane champions is also very important.

Be able to abuse new champs, new reworks because they WIN games when newly introduced in the game.

MID LANE: also a must filled position !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (((((((((((((((((REQUIREMENTS))))))))))))))))))))

GOLD 3 and above Champion pool has to be really deep preferred because for the most part, mid laners have to have good pools in order to effectively compete in organized ranked games. Have solid mechanics with their comfort picks and in general. Have good knowledge of the OP champs in the current meta or have viable solutions to the counter picks. Must be able to mix it up at mid lane by choosing AD/AP picks when necessary. or both like corki. Good laning phase. Must also be able to utilize mobile champions at the mid lane into helping side lines effectively, basically taking advantage of your champions kit. Can play ad assassins/control mages/cast mages/assassin mages Be very communicative of what angle to gank from or when the enemy team mid laner has no summoners to give good information in gank opportunities. Be attentive in patch notes and have current knowledge of buffs/nerfs. Be flexible in choosing champs during champ select to ensure we have proper team comps at the right moments. Can be able t shot call during game esp. if having the lead in certain games.

These are two lanes that we are currently seeking since we are all gold level players and would like to acquire that equal elo level players.
