Plat V jungle main looking for ranked 5v5 team

Add me in game "FSI Rend" and talk to me about your team. I am looking for a team that might play anywhere from 3-6 times a week preferably later in the day because I have college classes. I am willing to work hard and try to get to plat+ in ranked 5s!

I main: can go AP on udyr and rengar just as well as AD and Tank. - Willing to play meta jungle champs and teamfighters

Experience: Been playing since season 1 but took about a year break earlier on
