Hey RenegadeScissors here, Looking to start up a serious gold+ team.

I am currently looking to recruit most roles for the team. All spots are open right now and am accepting applications. This team will have a staff sooner rather then later(coach, player coach, manager to help us get scrims ect...). I want us to be playing most days of the week for at least 3-5 hours(depending on schedules). I only want dedicated, constructive individuals wanting to aspire for great things with a team. If you fit any of the things listed prior please keep reading.

This team may at some point in the near future join an organization to help us find scrims, tournaments and staff for our team. I do want to make sure that the org that will be joining will have no interference on the team playing the game or have anything to do with out we want the team to evolve over time.

We are currently looking for coaching roles, Top, Jungle,_ Adc,_ and Substitutes for all roles.

What are some of your weaknesses: My main weakness is understanding matchups. (Not saying that I don't, but this is my main priority when it comes to improving as a player).

What are some strengths: I would say my biggest strength is the fact that I always analyze my games and after every situation good or bad I consider what I could have done differently.

Why should we pick you up for the team: I improve really fast with the correct guidance. I embrace criticism to make me a better player. And I never blame the team, the game always rests on my decision making and mechanics in solo q.

Why do you play League of Legends: Played games since I was old enough to hold a controller. I play League of Legends with the dream of getting into the LCS and a dream of earning a salary doing what I love.

How would you describe your play-style or how would you approach playing the game: I sorta answered in the previous questions, but i'll reiterate. I take this game very seriously, I treat it like an athlete would treat their sport. My play style is aggressive, and analytical. I play to improve, and I play to win.

What are some of your weaknesses: Csing needs work and sometimes loses focus and sometimes has trouble coming back from a lost lane if I do lose.

What are some strengths: Very strong mechanics and game knowledge. Good at counterplay and objective control.

Why should we pick you up for the team: I value learning and am always looking to improve as well as meet new people. My dream is to go pro when i am old enough to and experience will help a lot. I am never toxic and generally good to have around and keep team morale high, much like Hai from C9.

Why do you play League of Legends: I enjoy games and this is a game that never gets boring for me

How would you describe your play-style or how would you approach playing the game: I like to play very aggressive and take controls of games hence why i play snowball champions. I put high emphasis on roaming for objectives and helping snowball games.

What are some of your weaknesses:Late game shot calling and shot calling in general I find myself as more of a tool to be directed

What are some strengths:Laning phase, csing and team fight positioning to output maximum dps

Why should we pick you up for the team:You should pick me up for the team because I bring a strong consistent carry threat while still being able to play the utility champs I also have tournament experience and have played for multiple teams

Why do you play League of Legends:I'm extremely competitive and love seeing the progression of improving

How would you describe your play-style or how would you approach playing the game: I play very calculated in that I won't go for anything low percentage in terms of a play and try to strive to always be extremely consistent

What are some of your weaknesses: solo queue map awareness, weak early game if punished for bad trades ( usually due to having a support who doesnt know how to trade yet)

What are some strengths: extremely strong mechanically, rarely lose lane, and great teamfighter

Why should we pick you up for the team: Im an active player, fun personality, strong mechanically and my weakness's are not relevant in 5's with communication.

Why do you play League of Legends: Love the game.

How would you describe your play-style or how would you approach playing the game: passive-aggressive.. can play farm game or punish game and know when to.

What is your experience in doing this before: I don't have any experience coaching in league of legends but I have coached basketball/baseball irl as well as played them both throughout high school and I know what it takes to have players think and play as a team. Why should we pick you over someone else: My knowledge of the game as well as the meta game, macro strategy and picks and bans I believe can prove very useful in aiding a team in improving and being successful in a tournament or even just in ranked 5vs.

How would you describe your play-style or how would you approach playing the game: Pretty passive unless I have an aggressive support or I have a support that can shield or heal me and let me go ham

Why should we pick you up for the team: I feel like I should be picked for this team because i want to improve on my communication with people that i will get to know over a period of time and i feel like i would fit in well with a new team

Why do you play League of Legends: I play for the sheer will of making new friends as well as trying to grind my way up the ladder hoping to one day get to the top

How would you describe your play-style or how would you approach playing the game: my early is fairly passive and i just try last hit and poke a little and then toward level 5 or 6 i tend to get a bit more aggressive and try to make plays

Why should we pick you up for the team: Im a pretty experience player with a strong will to continue to improve my fangs.

Why do you play League of Legends: Because its my life.

How would you describe your play-style or how would you approach playing the game: I have a strong solo laning via mid lane. With a lot of roaming included. I tend to key on objectives and picks. In teamfights Im there when you need me the most.
