Gold Player LF a consistent duo partner

I have been struggling to find anyone who is consistently good in this game. I would like to keep the partner within my bracket (ie Gold). I generally main mid, but I often play top/adc as well. So any role is fine. I would be willing to consider full time ADC duo botlane if a no shit great support came along. I am a very good ADC, I just am beyond tired of playing at the whims of other players who do not take the game as seriously as I do.
