Looking for a Serious team

I am looking for a high Bronze, low mid Silver team. I plan on start practices immediately. I need several roles, and there are requirements for being on the team.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to attend most practices Must have Curse voice Needs head phones and a mic (Apple headphones will do, Mic can be built in)

Mental Requirements: Must be able to deal with losses Cannot Rage at all No Blaming (If so, explain what could have been done better) Must be able to get off tilt easily
