**Introduction ** Hello we are RelicGaming newly formed high Diamond team. We are looking for a Manager who would be willing to set up tournaments, work with sponsors, schedule ranked 5's practice, and help the players on a personal level. Your job is to take care of the administrating part of it so the team can focus on practice and becoming better as players.

Organize volenteers for the GOP aswel as team lead for NC state senator/ governor's page program.

Lead a team of eight overseas to Nepal with Habitat for Humanity and constructed nuerous homes for people in need, dealt with sponsors and donations.

Name: Gunner Age:16 Ign: Gunner4300 Rank: Silver V Past Experience with 5's: Once help coached a ranked 5 team i would watch there games take notes and tell them what they were doing wrong and right and would also help them with there team comp and pick phase. I have also been on a ranked team it was in plat but slowly fell a part because no one else would play on it. Past jobs with managing experience (Real world experience too): None to much i use to help coach a baseball team which just consisted of me helping practice getting t shirt sizes and number for them and all that type of stuff to make sure the team was ready and prepared to play. TeamSpeak is required as we own a private server (A good mic is highly preferred: I have both :D

Name: Ben Age: 16 Ign: Ntz Oracle Rank: Plat V Past Experience with 5's: I have played on many ranked 5's teams and managed many teams since the beginning of season 3. I believe that I understand what teams need in terms of resources and information to improve as a team and on an individual level while not having to worry about the administrative responsibilities that come with playing on a high elo competitive team. Past jobs with managing experience (Real world experience too): I just recently stopped managing a ranked 5's team called Not Easy. They were a top 10 challenger 5's team with 3 teams in challenger set to compete in the expansion tournament and challenger series. Unfortunately it came to my attention that not only were they no longer interested in competing in challenger series but they lacked the motivation to improve as a team. I tried to work with them and talk to them about the importance of motivation but unfortunately it didn't work and most of the players could have cared less if they made it to challenger series. This was unfortunate considering the amazing amount of potential they had, but I knew that with a lack of motivation they wouldn't go anywhere and so I decided to quit. I would also like to include a list of services that I provided for that team that I can make available to your team. I gave them any information they needed about challenger series and the expansion tournament, I gave them many options for tournament opportunities, I provided sponsorship opportunities, I acted as an analyst and watched many of their games and went over strategies, compositions, and the pick and ban phase, I also got to know the managers of teams like zenith esports and complexity who both offered to scrim them.
