Silver Mid laner looking for a ranked team to rise with.

I'm tired of trying to carry my friends up the ladder when they're not getting any better. I want a team that is at least equal skill level as me. Currently at silver 5 but should be higher, I keep buffering my elo to try to get my friends out of bronze, without dropping back down, but they don't listen to me, just get mad when i tell them they're wrong for what they're doing.

My main champions are Evelynn, Ahri, Taliyah, and Leblanc, but I am pretty good with most mids. I struggle most as Zed and Azir. Yes I know, Evelynn is primarily a Jungle champion, but I've played her mid since season 2 and I've been very successful with it.
