Plat ADC Looking for ranked 5s

I play Vayne/Trist with good win rates and I actively look at patches and changes to have the best builds. I've been on a lot of ranked teams, mostly in gold. Would like to get into Plat+ next season with a good group. I can play supportive adc's such as Sivir/Ashe I just find more success playing the carry style atm. A flaw I have is that I dont communicate what I think we should do since as an adc I cant force people to tank and take fights they dont believe in or it wont work out, I will say when im strong and hope we teamfight soon.
