Duo to Gold [Silver II+]

I'm looking for a duo partner to Gold. I'm Silver II but I go up to like 97LP then fall back to like 50LP, super annoying and I just need one less feeder on my team. I typically play adc but uber frustrated with bad supports so I'll play anything but mid and only adc if you supp well.
