I´ll do an New 5 vs 5 Ranked Team no matter what Elo!

Hey Summoners, Are you now in an Elo where you just cant get out, like Bronze or Silver? Do you have the problem, that no one is listening and everyone does what they want, except the enemies? Do you think that you are qualified to play this game seriously, but you just can´t get our of the hell? Her am I for you!

I am looking for players who got the same problem like me and just want to get a better tier somehow. Players who are taking this game serious not to much to play 14 hours a day, but they take it serious and want to win to get higher Elo!

I myself are now Silver 3 if some one Cares, and play since Season 3 in the middle. I don´t care which Elo you are, I care about:

• -listening -effort to win games with teamwork -understanding how League of Legends is working -kind to Team members -no blaming (criticism is very welcome for me) -Skype or Teamspeak is HIGH priority!

You can be bronze 5 or no Elo, because you never wanted to play Ranked, what matters is the effort you are giving me! If you are a Women, don´t be shy to come into my Team, everyone is welcome. What means that i don´t care about the age.

Also i am open for every new thing what I can learn from you guys.
