Starting serious competitive ranked/online tournament team [LFM]

I am starting a competitive 5s ranked team/online tournament team. I am looking for people who have the time to dedicate to this team. Now that I no longer d/c every 15 minutes or have my game freeze every 2 minutes I am ready to take a real shot at this game. If you have a lot of other commitments that hinder you from being able to make practices and put in the time I guarantee you this is not the team for you. I plan on holding practice about 4 times a week with tournaments on either the Sunday or Saturday. We will be doing at least one online tournament a week. I will be managing the team but not leading the team, that right will be reserved for the jungle or support.

I am looking for specific key roles.

Jungle Strong shot caller with the ability to lead and communicate with the team through the early and mid-game lane phase. Very high map awareness and strong jungle mechanics. I know this will be the hardest role to fill but it’s also one of the most vital to the early development of this team. I am looking for a seasoned player for this role and one that isn’t shy and can quickly take the front seat.

Support This is another vital role to the success of the team. This is also a shot calling role but can also be reserved for a strong mechanical player who is able to execute and make plays. This ideal candidate will have strong map awareness, can make the vital calls for bot lane and knows how to zone/be aggressive This spot is reserved for a strong support main player with experience. I am looking for a support who has the time to duo with me outside of practice time so we can perfect our lane.

Middle This role is reserved for a player who is able to carry. I don’t need you to be the shot caller for this role. This role is for someone who is able to get 100 CS at 15 minutes and win their lane. This player must know when to roam and when to push. Simply just sitting middle when the fight happens around you is not what I am looking for. This player will need a large champion pool and know this role very well.

Top I will admit, this is the role I know least about so I am not going to lie and make stuff up. However this player must be able to cs and win the lane. I am looking for a very strong top player who knows the role.

Requirements: 1)Must be able to meet between 6-10 eastern 3 times a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday + 1 possible) and available on Sundays for tournaments. Must be committed if not please don’t apply. 2)Must have working mic and RC or curse voice 3)Must have a strong positive mentality, able to take criticism, take the game seriously and can take a joke 4)No complainers please and no “omg they are diamond 1’s” and complain about it all game. That is how you get better my friends.
