Frozen Watchers(LFM ranked 5's any rank)

Hey guys, We are looking for good players but more importantly we are looking for nice people to join our team. We are looking to get better. We have to many people for 1 team so there may be 2 or more depending on the feedback we get.     There is very little commitment needed but we will have a main team(a varsity team if you like) and a team for others that are improving ( a jv team) these are not permanent you can compete for spots on the main team against people that are already on it to take there spot. It is about improving though we want a serous team that can climb which is why we have decided to make 2 teams. We will accept just about anyone and if we need 3 teams we can do that. We will try to make the competition for the spot as fair as possible you wont get put on the lower team just because you have one bad game but if someone is truly better then you and we fee that we have seen this that is when we would make the decision to put you on the lower team

The one thing that will will not tolerate is bm within the team. We compeate agenst each other but we do not want bad blood within the team. If you do bm you will get a warning and if we continue to see this you will be kicked no matter how good you are or what rank you are. The main idea of the team is to improve and have fun with a good group of people.
