Making Plat Team Need all roles but AD

Hey i am going to be the leader of new ranked team True God Esports. I have been wanting to make a ranked team after realizing solo queue is a very big drag and i want to learn to play with team members and win tournaments not some just drawn out solo queue game.

I am currently in need of every single role for True God Esports. I may have a support but i have yet to talk to him yet. Here is your expected criteria if you apply to the team

CRITERIA Age 16+ Plat 5+ Skype/teamspeak/raidcall(don't need all 3 pref 2 at least) When applying PLEASE MAIN THAT ROLE you are applying for Comfort on the meta champs of said role(i.e junglers must play lee) Be able to commit to TBA practice times Do not quit after losses or rage Be able to give constructive criticism Be able to adjust playstyle/champ pool based of feedback

Rough Practice times 6 - 8 or 9pm pst week days 6-12 pm pst weekends/friday night

CURRENT ROSTER Top: Open Jungle: Open Mid: Open Adc: Insert Godlift(me) Supp: Open

I want this team to work out. I don't want this to die out in a few days and go back to solo queue and normals again. I want to WIN. I hope there is people out there who want to win and improve as much as I do.

Here is your Application IGN: Rank: Role: Champ Pool(at least 4,may add more,) Shotcalling Experience(jungle/mid/support): Can you make PST Practice times: Age: TimeZone: Will you do everything in your power to bring the team dedication to a very high level and not slack off and miss practices:

I AM A VERY OPEN PERSON RIGHT NOW IF YOU FEEL YOU COULD JOIN THIS TEAM BUT THERE IS SOMETHING THAT I COULD CHANGE ADD ME AND WE CAN TALK ABOUT THE CHANGE.

If this team grows we will for sure make scrim partners with other teams.

Dedication is key for this team. Dedication can produce talent but sadly natural talent can not produce dedication.
