Looking for a coach for team

I'm looking for a coach for We Are Wicked to join our team and make it to Challenger Series with us. Obviously LCS being our goal, we are going to be taking this as serious as possible. If you have a very high understanding of the game than go ahead and fill this out for me.

Goals: Why you want to be a coach? What kind of coach are you? Are you experienced at coaching? Whats your rank? This really doesn't matter to much but it gives me an understanding of if you try.. How long have you played league for?
